| Exchange Disseminated Time | TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company noted that an application had been filed by the Company on February 16, 2015 with Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), Government of India for seeking its approval to sell the FM Radio business (seven radio stations) to Entertainment Network (India) Limited.
The Board further noted that in relation to the proposed sale of seven radio stations to Entertainment Network (India) Limited, since time is of essence & with approval of the MIB getting delayed, hence in order to expedite the matter, an urgent writ petition in the High Court is listed for hearing, to seek necessary relief. |
