| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/04/2016 18:40:17 | With reference to the earlier letter dated March 17, 2016 regarding March 31, 2016 had been fixed as the Record Date by the Committee of Directors of the Company for determining the shareholders of erstwhile Digjam Limited who will be entitled to allotment of Shares in the Company pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation ('scheme').
Digjam Ltd has now informed BSE that pursuant to the Scheme, the meeting of the Committee of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2016 to issue and allot the Equity and Preference Shares in the Company to the shareholders of the Amalgamating Company, erstwhile Digjam Limited, whose name appears in the Register of Members on the Record Date, March 31, 2016. |
