| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the provisions of section 168 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 Mr. Akhilesh C. Mehta, Director of the Company has, tendered resignation from the office of the directorship of the company vide letter dated May 30, 2014 for the reasons stated herein below.
1. Some personal reasons; and
2. Certain other pre occupations not able to continue to hold office of directorship and committees of the Board.
The resignation of Mr. Akhilesh C. Mehta shall take effect w.e.f. May 30, 2014 in view of section 168 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Company shall in terms of provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 intimate the office of the Registrar of Companies in prescribed time limit. |
