2. Resignation of M/s D. S Momaya & CO. from the post of Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
3. To Appoint New Secretarial Auditor in terms of section 204 of the Companies Act 2013 for the FY 2014-15.
4. To appoint One Woman Director on the Board of the director in terms of the second proviso of section 149(1) of the Companies Act 2013 for the FY 2014-2015. |
