Further to the receipt of all the regulatory and statutory approvals required in this regard, New Delhi Television Ltd
has informed BSE that New Delhi Television Ltd ("NDTV") and Kasturi and Sons Ltd ("KSL"), have transferred their respective stake in Metronation Chennai Television Ltd ("MNC") to Educational Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd on September 28, 2012.
MNC has become a 100% subsidiary of ETCPL subsequent to transfer of 100% shareholding by New Delhi Television Ltd and Kasturi and Sons Ltd. |
