| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 25, 2014 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Simplex Trading & Agencies Ltd has now informed BSE that the following transitions are corrected due to Typographical mistakes in the said announcement.
1. Wrongly taken in point No: 1) Increase of the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crore Only) to Rs. 8,00,00,000 (Rupees Eight Crore Only) and amend Clause V of Memorandum of Association and Article 4 of Articles of Association of the Company.
Wrongly taken in point No: 4) To convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on September 01, 2014.
