| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/10/2015 17:51:02 | K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on October 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated employees of the Company from October 07, 2015 to October 16, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall be opened 24 hours after information related to declaration of financial results is made public.
Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's share during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
