Further, the Board Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 28 2016 at 12.00 noon at the administrative office of the Company at 812/813. Tulsiani Chambers, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 inter alia, to decide the date of the AGM. |
