3. Appointed M/s. VCSR & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
4. Appointed M/s. Sreedhar Mohan & Associates as Internal Auditors of the Company.
5. Considered to change the name of the Company to M/s. Indo-Asian Foods & Commodities Limited or such other name as may be approved by Registrar of Companies. |
