| Exchange Disseminated Time | S Mobility Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Modi has resigned as Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from February 18, 2014. As part of the succession planning, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 18, 2014, has decided to appoint Mr. Dilip Kumar Modi, a board member, as Chairman of the Company.
The Board has also decided to reconstitute various Committees of the Board.
In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release titled "Spice Mobility appoints Dilip Modi as Chairman".
