| Exchange Disseminated Time | Rajapalayam Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2013,
has approved the proposal to sell, lease or otherwise dispose the assets of the Tissue Culture Division viz., Shri Ramco Biotech subject to the consent of the Members of the Company under section 293 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956 through Postal Ballot.
The business of the above said Division has already been discontinued as informed to Stock Exchanges as per communication dated January 15, 2013. |
