Further note that at the above meeting, the Board will also consider recommending final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further the Company inform that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Insiders of the Company from April 01, 2015 to May 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the impending publication of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. |
