The closure of the deal is subject to the approval of Competition Commission of India ('CCI') and other applicable regulatory approvals. As the arrangement was not of material nature, the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') was not required. As a responsible listed organisation, we do inform the Exchanges of all information which are required to be disclosed, on timely basis, in the terms of Listing Regulations and will continue to do so. |
