1. It was decided by the Board to sell/transfer part/whole of the undertaking consisting of:
a. Land & Building and Other Assets of the Company
b. IT Business of the Company
c. Branch Offices of the Company
and to obtain approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot
2. It was decided by the Board to sell the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
The above decisions were taken in order help the Company with its restructuring plans. |
