| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 31, 2013, Larsen & Toubro Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has completed sale of 1,71,75,979 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to 1% of total equity shares of L&T Finance Holdings Limited on December 23, 2013, pursuant to approval of Securities and Exchange Board of India vide letter ref. no. CFD/PC/AT/PS/OW/17574/2013 dated July 18, 2013, to comply with the Minimum Public Shareholding requirement in terms of Rule 19A of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957.
The Company’s total shareholding in L&T Finance Holdings Limited stands at 81.50%. |
