| Exchange Disseminated Time | Arvind Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that in the Board meeting convened on February 17, 2016, the Board discussed with the Auditors the status of the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 and for financial year ended June 30, 2015. It was clarified that completion of audit would take some more time to present before the Board with the report of the Auditors thereon.
It was therefore decided that the date of the Board Meeting to consider the above, be intimated to the Stock Exchange by separate letter. |
