Further, in terms of prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 issued by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from November 30, 2016 to December 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
