| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/05/2017 18:43:07 | | Rasoi Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, has recommended the payment of dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 20/- (Rupee twenty only) per share i.e. 10% of the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid/ dispatched between October 10, 2017 to October 16, 2017. |
