| Exchange Disseminated Time | Central Provinces Railways Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 30, 2015, inter alia to transact the following business :
i. Resignation of M/s D. S Momaya & CO. the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
ii. To Appoint New Secretarial Auditor in terms of section 204 of the Companies Act 2013 for the FY 2014-15.
iii. To appoint Internal Auditor in terms of section 138 of the Companies Act 2013 for the FY 2014-15.
iv. To appoint one woman director on the Board of the director in terms of the second proviso of section 149(1) of the Companies Act. |
