Just Dial Ltd has informed BSE that the matter was heard by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on December 09, 2016 wherein the High Court ordered as follows:

1. To convene the meeting of the Equity shareholders of the Company on January 17, 2017 at West Banquet Hall, Goregaon Sports Club, Link Road, Malad (West), Mumbai- 400064 at 3:00 P.M. to seek approval on the aforementioned Scheme.

2. The meeting of Secured and Unsecured Creditors of Just Dial Limited is dispensed with subject to compliance of conditions mentioned therein.
