1. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Sameer V. Shah as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years effective from August 01, 2016 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and subject to applicable Governmental / Statutory approvals.
2. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Nirmal V. Shah as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years effective from August 01, 2016 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and subject to applicable Governmental / Statutory approval.
3. The Board has not recommended payment of Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
