| Exchange Disseminated Time | ALSTOM India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has appointed Mr. Rathin Basu as its new Chairman, effective April 01, 2014. Mr. Basu will succeed Mr. Sunand Sharma.
Mr. Basu will continue to head Alstom T&D India Limited (ATDIL) as the Managing Director, in addition to this new role.
The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the aforesaid appointment on March 21, 2014. |
