| Exchange Disseminated Time | SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2012, inter alia, has taken the following decisions :
1. Dr. Martin Czurda, has been inducted as an Additional Director of the Company (Non-Executive and Independent) w.e.f. November 09, 2012, with a view to broad base the expertise of the Board.
2. The Board has decided to raise funds through public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures, not exceeding Rs. 5000 million, in one or more tranches, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008 and other applicable laws. |
