1. Consider and approve un-audited Consolidated and Standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2013.
2. Consider and approve the valuation report of shares of Kridhan Infra Solutions Private Limited, a Company under same management for acquisition of shares of said company subject to approval of shareholders of Company.
3. Consider and approve issue and allotment of convertible warrants to promoters and non Promoters on preferential basis in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. |
