Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd replied stating "The Company wishes to clarify that this News Article does not pertain to Mahindra and Mahindra Limited. Rather it pertains to an unlisted subsidiary of the Company i.e. Mahindra Aerospace which is already in this line of Business.
In any case, the aerospace business carried on by the unlisted subsidiary is not significant to the operations or performance of M&M." |
