| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/08/2016 13:55:22 | Swarnsarita Gems Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided voluntary to implement the Ind- AS for declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
In this regard, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 will be submitted to the esteemed exchange on or before the extended time granted i.e. September 14, 2016 (vide SEBI Circular no. dated July 05, 2016).
Further, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held within said extended time to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and the same will be intimated to the esteemed exchange as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) 2015. |
