| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd with respect to the media report in Business Line dated January 02, 2015 submitted by the Company which inter-alia states "Telenor, Tata Tele back at negotiating table"
Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd replied stating "The news report referred to by you speculates about re-starting of talks by Norway’s Telenor with Tata Teleservices, inter-alia, for possible acquisition.
In this regard, kindly note that we are not in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information that is required to be intimated to the Exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement." |
