1.To consider and adopt un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year
ended 30th September, 2017;
2.To consider and approve the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year
ended 30th September, 2017;
3.To appoint Additional Independent Director.
4.To any other matters with the permission of the chair.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Prevention of Insider Trading,
the closure of Trading Window for all the specified persons of the Company has
commenced from 08th December, 2017 and shall end 48 hours after the result are
made public on 14th December, 2017.
