The Bank has withdrawn the Nomination of Shri. Ajay Sharma from the Board and in his place, appointed Shri. Ajoy Nath Jha as its Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effect from November 28, 2016. The Board of the Company has today taken note of the said appointment. |
