| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/02/2017 08:02:35 | | United Bank of India has informed BSE that the Ministry of Finance vide Notification dated February 16, 2017 has appointed Shri Ashok Kumar Pradhan as Executive Director of the Bank under Section 9(3)(a) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80 read with clauses 3(1) and 8(1) of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/80 w.e.f. the date of his taking over of charge of the post i.e. February 18, 2017 for a period of 3 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. |
