| Exchange Disseminated Time | Radico Khaitan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2013, has considered and approved the transfer, sell, assignment, restructuring or otherwise disposal of the Indian made foreign liquor business undertaking ("IMFL Business") of the Company to a subsidiary of the Company on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board, subject to the approvals of shareholders of the Company and such other permissions, consents and approvals as may be required from any third party including without limitation from relevant Government authorities and the Company’s lenders.
Further, the Board has also approved the incorporation of the abovementioned subsidiary of the Company to carry on the IMFL business. |
