India Cements Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a Meetings of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results (subjected to a limited review’ by the statutory auditors of the Company) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2016.

Further, as per the Company's code of conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of our Company will remain closed from October 28, 2016 to November 08, 2016 (both days are inclusive).
