| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2014 to July 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 94th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 22, 2014.
Further, In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 (3)(vii) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed June 13, 2014, as a cut -off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the 94th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereunder. Consequently the same cut-off date i.e. June 13, 2014 would record entitlement of the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote at the 94th AGM on July 22, 2014. |
