| Exchange Disseminated Time | Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2015, inter alia :
1. Recommended a final dividend @ Rs. 5.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (55% on 10296062 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each paid up) for the year 2014-15 amounting to Rs. 681.57 lacs including tax on dividend Rs. 115.28 lacs subject to the approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Appointed Mr. Akshat Goenka as a Whole Time Director designated as joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2015. |
