| Exchange Disseminated Time | Modison Metals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, have decided the following;
1. Code of Fair Disclosure:-
The Company has formulated a Code of Practices & Procedures For Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, pursuant to Regulation 8(1) and Schedule A of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The code will be posted on the website of the Company shortly.
2. Appointment of Company Secretary:-
Ms. Deepashree Dadkar has joined the Company as a Company Secretary w.e.f. April 01, 2015. The Board has considered her as a Company Secretary in terms of the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
3. Annual General Meeting:-
The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Radio Room, The Bombay Presidency Radio Club Ltd., 157, Arthur Bunder Road, Colaba, Mumbai - 400005 on August 11, 2015 at 11.30 A.M. |
