| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maxheights Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following :
1. To consider making an investment in the shares of M/s. Icon Realcon Private Limited, thereby making M/s. Icon Realcon Private Limited as its Subsidiary. M/s. Icon Realcon Private Limited is developing the Group Housing Project on the Land situated at Plot No. 5, on MCF Land, in the revenue estate of Village Sarai Khawaja, Sector-41, Faridabad, Haryana admeasuring 1.73 acres.
2. To consider re-appointment of Mr. Manan Narang as the Managing Director for a further period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2013 and also to consider increase in his remuneration.
3. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. |
