1. To consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
2. To consider and approve issue of equity shares/ convertible warrants to the promoters and non-promoters on private placement basis.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from August 05, 2016 to August 17, 2016 (both days inclusive]. The Trading Window shall re-open from August 18, 2016. |
