| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Kellton Tech has completed the acquisition of US based ProSoft Group, a leading enterprise solutions and business integration provider. The ProSoft Group consists of four companies Prosoft Technology Group Inc, Cyber-World Solutions Inc, Intellipeople Inc and Prosoft Business Solutions LLC.
Prosoft Group will add over Rs 250 Crores ($40 Million) to the top line and about Rs.19 Crores ($3 Million) as EBITDA to KelltonTech's Balance Sheet. |
