(GEEE B.V.) that on 02 May 2017, GEEE B.V. has sold its entire shareholding (13,789 shares) in GE Power India Limited ('Company') to another promoter, Alstom Finance B.V. (presently known as Alstom India Tracking B.V). On account of this transaction, GEEE B.V. has ceased to hold any shares in the Company. Accordingly GEEE B.V. shall no longer be disclosed as a promoter in any disclosures made by the Company in accordance with applicable laws in India and in the shareholding pattern of the Company, on a going forward basis.
