- To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from January 31, 2015 to February 14, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
