Sarda & Pareek, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 109262W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 years from the conclusion of the forthcoming 29th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting, to the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, in place of existing Statutory Auditors, M/s. B. L. Sarda & Associates, Chartered Accountants who retires as per the provisions of rotation of Auditors as per the provisions of Section 139(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 & hence can not be reappointed.
