| Exchange Disseminated Time | Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has invested an additional amount of about Rs. 135 million (being Info Edge's share of a total raise of Rs. 150 million) through optionally convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares in Canvera Digital Technologies Private Limited, which is engaged in the business of providing solutions to professional photographers. It owns and operates the site www.canvera.com.
The aggregate investment, including the above, is now Rs. 570 million in Canvera Digital Technologies Private Limited which translates to about 32% stake in the Company on a fully converted and diluted basis. |
