| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sambhaav Media Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016 to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
In this regard, the Company further submitted that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from February 06, 2016 to February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from February 17, 2016. |
