| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jaykay Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2014, has considered & approved the following;
1. The resignation of Shri. Yadupati Singhania, Managing Director & CEO of the Company who has had tendered his resignation to the Company. The Board also resolved to relieve Shri. Yadupati Singhania, from the position of Managing Director & CEO of the Company with effect from close of business hours on August 30, 2014;
2. The appointment of Shri. Ashok Gupta as Managing Director of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014 as recommended by Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on September 01, 2014;
3. To designate Shri. Chandra Prakash Agrawal, presently acting as Sr. General Manager (Taxation), as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of the Company and to accord resignation Shri. Ashok Gupta as CFO with effect from September 01, 2014. |
