| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news item appearing in the Media dated April 30, 2014 titled "Siemens AG to buy Alstom Energy Business", ALSTOM India Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :
"Our company is in compliance with Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement. It has been duly notifying the exchanges in accordance with Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement of all information that it has received relating to the global strategic discussions. We would like to draw your attention to the notifications dated April 25, 2014 and April 30, 2014 that have been made to you, wherein we have promptly notified the exchanges of any information that we have received for further dissemination to the stock market.
We are not aware of any other information that has not been announced to the exchanges which could explain the movement in the trading." |
