| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 30, 2015, the directors have approved of the Company issuing, by way of a private placement, the following Non-Convertible Debentures, in one or more tranches / series:
1. Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures qualifying as Subordinated Debt (Tier II) up to Rs. 500 crore;
2. Unsecured, Non-Convertible Perpetual Debentures up to Rs. 300 crore; and
3. Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs. 500 crore |
