| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/10/2016 15:03:30 | Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2016 has appointed Shri Madan Pendse as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO") and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) of the Company with effect from October 17, 2016 consequent upon superannuation of Shri Sridhar Krishnamurthy, the present CFO with effect from October 15, 2016.
Shri Madan Pendse upon his appointment as CFO and KMP of the Company is authorized to determine materiality of any event or information and for making disclosures to Stock Exchange as per the ‘Policy for determination of Materiality’ as approved by the Board. |
