The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 1:00 p.m.
We are enclosing the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended 31st March 2017, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company along with Auditors Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company and Form A.
