Niharika Threads Private Limited.
Consequent to the said investment and further to the receipt of the intimation letter of approval of transfer of shares dated 4th November, 2017 from Niharika Threads Private Limited on 6th November, 2017 by the Company; the Company 'M/s. Jindal Worldwide Limited' becomes the shareholder of M/s Niharika Threads Private Limited with aggregate of 100% Stake of Equity Share capital of the said Company, and as a result M/s Niharika Threads Private Limited, becomes the Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company and a Related Party of M/s. Jindal Worldwide Limited. |
