| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mrs. Jyoti Ahuja and Mrs. Maneesha Dhir has informed BSE that Mrs. Jyoti Ahuja and Mrs. Maneesha Dhir (collectively referred to as the "Selling Shareholders"/ "Sellers"), promoter of Lords Chloro Alkali Limited, proposes to sell 3,60,000 (Three Lacs Sixty Thousand) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company (the "'Sale Shares") on June 03, 2013 (the "Sale Date") exclusively through the broker through a sale on the separate windows provided by the BSE Limited ("BSE") ("Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.
- Date and time of opening the Sale : The Sale shall take place on a separate window designated by BSE and will commence on the Sale Dale. i.e. June 03, 2013, at 9:15 a.m. (India Standard Time)
- Date and time of closing the Sale : The Sale will close at 3:30 p.m. (India Standard Time) on the Sale Date. |
